we are witnessing some huge ups & downs in our country in these days we are witnessing something unusual first time in our country some people by there own efforts creates problems for the government our arrogant ignorant aristocratic form of government where no one is want or even bother to think about the common man first time in this country people where out in the streets by a non political movement my dear friends its our right time to do something its our war its our future the monster of corruption gulp our country day by day we are going to be a dead civilization if we don't do anything now we have to do our best efforts to save our country and compel our ass licking politicians to pass our jan lokpal bill in the parliament and one more judicial accountability bill in the next sessions its situation like now or never we have to win this time yet thinking & doing one thing is very difficult its really tough I salute the civil society the organization behind all this thanks to them that some hardliners like naxalites are also listen them if this jan lokpall bill pass in this sessions at least we can move to some other problem like naxalism unusual price hike and other problems like all this first time in my life I witness something like this I feel proud like at least we have some concern for our country we all are part of this revolution we the people of India first time able to say to our parliament and that make this law for us and seriously fight against corruption we want our country back we want our dignity back we are entitled to live with dignity give us our basic right this is our demand the the few flag bearers of the civil society are Dr. Kiran Bedi ,Prashant Bhushan , arvind kejriwal and few others they doing great jobs under the able guidance of Anna Hazare now whole country said we are Anna and we want a corruption free country and a nice world to live and jan lokpal bill is our first step of this we have to fight a long battle for sure but at least we are now in a position that government have to think for our demands this is our victory but now this is just the first feeling of victory we have to wait and fight a long war which leads us to victory the war is totally non violent we are fighting against our own brothers and fighting with your own kith and kins are the most difficult work in this world this is so now we can just pray to god that god give some good conscience to our politicians who have to make a good lok pal bill which help us to fight against the corruption we need the sword of jan lokpall to end the monster of the corruption which is open his mouth and swallowed us all so now finger cross and wait for tomorrow may be tomorrow we are going to make a history

Standard of legal education part-1

My dear frinds its really a matter of concern for all teh law students that the standard of the legal eduacation iin our country is not good its a real matter of concern that this legal education system should change like in our country the language of our courts is english and many lawyers doesnt know the english language while they are continued in practice for more many years its really a problem in our country second in the latest time we witness a great change in our education process of lawyers the national law schools and the national law universitys change the whole scenario of this industry they are like superb but the graduates from these university's is not willing to practice in the courts its like they prefer to practice in the higher courts or in the corporate houses they are like drawing salaries in six figures or less may or at least not in six figures than also they draw a handsome salary but what the common mans problem or how a common man get good legal education in the undeveloped backward states the condition of legal eduction is not at all good the colleges doesn't have the proper infrastructure and good syllabus the biggest problems in this colleges and states are that in most of the colleges the students are taken the law subject from the local languages and the prescribed court language of India is English so when they comes to practice most of the lawyers face lots of problems like they can't perform as per there potentials so now I want to draw the attention of each and every person that like engineering and medical the legal education must be strictly provided in English at least that will raise3 the standards of the law profession. rest of the points which I want to sugggest the education board and Bar council of India I write them in the next blog till than good bye
